(More customer reviews)I ordered this machine through Amazon and it was delivered promptly.I was very excited to have this machine, hopped on it and drove down my drive....until it stopped.And then it started up again and I drove a little further....until it stopped.And then it started up again and I was able to mow a couple of strips in my lawn....until it stopped.And this time it didn't start up again, I'm in the farthest part of my yard and the wheels are locked up.I, a 56 year old woman, had to drag this 250# mower across the yard with its locked wheels to get it back into the garage.Monday I call the toll free number only to find out that it's a bad relay and that the manufacturer KNEW there was a problem with the machine but sold them anyway! They willingly admitted the problem was theirs and will be sending a repair man to exchange it someday in the future.Meanwhile, I could have HIRED someone to mow my lawn many times over for $2000 and I'm going to have to use my stinkin' push mower after all. They should put a freeze on selling this thing until they are certain it is FIXED!!

When it comes to performance, the Recharge Mower won't let you down. The two long-life, 900-watt electric blades spin at 3,800 RPM for fast cutting. And five selectable cutting heights in half-inch increments from 0.75 to 2.75 ensure a perfectly manicured result.
The Recharge Mower also features a 27-inch wide cutting path--bigger than conventional walk-behind mowers, yet small enough to allow for free movement through an average fence gate, giving you convenient access to front and rear yards. The powerful rear-wheel-drive electric motor provides abundant forward and reverse momentum.
Designed with Safety in Mind
The Recharge Mower was designed with a host of features that ensure optimum user safety. To start, an operator-presence switch prevents the unit from functioning when the operator leaves the seat. Additionally, a blade engagement switch requires two actions to initiate the activation of the blade, and reverse speed limiting means the mower will only operate at half the normal forward speed while in reverse. For further safety, this mower operates quietly, so it's easy on your ears.
